Return and Refund Policy:

Please order carefully. Inscape Publishing does not accept returns of merchandise or give refunds. Therefore, we do not accept returns or give refunds on any purchase. The only exception is for defective products. We will then exchange the defective product for a new one. There are no exceptions.



Printing Profiles

Please note: Products available on EPIC through our web-site are priced based on the customer printing the profiles. We are happy to print for you and either E-Mail or mail the completed report to you for a small fee. E-mail us for a quote



Sales Tax Information

Illinois residents or business, please add 8.50% sales tax. Out of state residents or business, please add 6.25% sales tax. Not-for-profit organizations must supply us with a state not-for-profit certificate before we can process the order without sales tax.



Shipping and Handling Charges

All products, with the exception of EPIC related products, will be shipped from Minneapolis, MN.

Orders placed after 2pm Central Time will be shipped the following day. Orders placed after 2pm Central Time on Friday’s will be processed the following Monday or the first business day of that week.
Exception: EPIC Accounts and Credits will be full-filled by 5pm the day of the order Monday thru Friday.



Shipping and Handling Fees:

Regular 5-7 days: $12.00 U.S. Funds
2 - day: $18.00 U.S. Funds
Overnight: $30.00 U.S. Funds
All fees are subject to change



International Commerce

Please note: we are not yet licensed for International commerce. We will gladly help you find a distributor who is licensed for International commerce.
