LouElla Jackson is an independent distributor and consultant of the widely used DiSC‚ products published by Inscape Publishing Co. Her mission is to provide affordable products and services to help people gain self-knowledge; to use self-knowledge to increase effectiveness as members and leaders of organizations and teams; to use self-awareness when making career/life choices.

She established her consulting company in 1990 and works extensively with individuals and groups in small to Fortune 50 companies. Her professional background spans over two decades of corporate business experience. Most recently, she was senior vice-president of an Evanston, Illinois bank. During her corporate years, she was accountable for diverse functional areas which included: operations, marketing, sales, staff training and development, project planning and coordination, customer service, and financial reporting.

LouElla is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and a past president of the 1300 member Chicago Chapter of the ASTD, National Career Development Association (NCDA), and Association of Psychological Type (APT). She graduated magna cum laude from Barat College, Lake Forest, Illinois with a double major in Business Administration/marketing and in Economics. LouElla has completed extensive training in using Inscape Publishing products, career counseling, accelerated learning, and measuring training and performance and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®). She has earned the designation of Certified MBTI Professional.
